Welcome to the 1839 Society!

We are so pleased to announce the creation of the 1839 Society!

Mount Allison's newly founded 1839 Society has been developed to recognize and celebrate donors who put the University high on their annual philanthropic priorities with contributions of $1,000 or more annually.

Membership in the 1839 Society is based on calendar year giving. Those individuals who make a $1,000 gift or a series of smaller gifts totalling that amount in one calendar year are members of the Society for the following year.

Members of the 1839 Society will enjoy elevated reporting on their gifts and their impact, special invitations to 1839 Society functions, and special communications.

"My time at Mount Allison was truly a formative experience. I greatly benefited from my Mount Allison experience and I give today to ensure the next generation of Allisonians are afforded the same opportunities I received and more. I am pleased to be part of the new 1839 Society."
