Course registration deadlines

February 28, 2025	End of academic withdrawal period for 3-credit winter term courses: Any student who does not withdraw from these courses by this date will remain registered and will receive a final grade Find out how to drop a class before this deadline
April 7-16, 2025	Final exam period
May 5, 2025	Spring/Summer term classes begin
May 9, 2025	Last day for registration in spring/summer term courses (except for INDG 3201 which has a registration deadline of July 11)
May 30, 2025	End of academic withdrawal period for: 3-credit spring term courses running 7-weeks (except for INDG 3201 which has a withdrawal deadline of August 1) Any student who does not withdraw by this date will remain registered and will receive a final grade Find out how to drop a class by this deadline
June 27, 2025	End of academic withdrawal period for: 3-credit summer term courses running May through August Any student who does not withdraw by this date will remain registered and will receive a final grade Find out how to drop a class by this deadline
August 17, 2025	Last day for registration in A-Term courses
August 18, 2025	A-Term classes begin
August 19, 2025	End of academic withdrawal period for one-week A-Term courses
August 22, 2025	End of academic withdrawal period for two-week A-Term courses
September 2, 2025	Fall term classes begin
September 12, 2025	Last day for registration in: 3-credit fall term courses year-long 1, 3, and 6 credit courses
October 24, 2025	End of academic withdrawal period for 3-credit fall term courses: Any student who does not withdraw from these courses by this date will remain registered and will receive a final grade Find out how to drop a class before this deadline
Oct. 13-17, 2025	Fall study break - no classes
Dec. 8-17, 2025	Final exam period
January 7, 2026	Winter term classes begin
January 16, 2026	Last day for registration in: 3-credit winter term courses End of withdrawal period for: year-long 1, 3, and 6 credit courses Any student who does not withdraw by this date will remain registered and will receive a final grade Find out how to drop a class before this deadline
Feb. 16-20, 2026	Winter study break - no classes

Feb. 5, 2026	Deadline for returning students to apply to transfer to the BFA program for the 2026-2027 academic year
