All winds (woodwinds, brass) and rhythm section (piano, bass, guitar, drums) should prepare the following three tunes:

1. "Straight No Chaser" by Thelonious Monk in F Major

2. "Someday My Prince Will Come" by Larry Morey in Bb Major

3. "Blue Bossa" by Kenny Durham in C minor

We will play through all tunes together, giving everyone a chance to improvise solos on these tunes to the best of their ability.

All audition materials can be found on our Jazz Ensemble Sharepoint Site (you will have to log in with your MtA Office 365 credentials).
