Each year, Mount Allison hosts a number of celebratory events and activities for graduates during Convocation Weekend.

Friday, May 9

9 a.m.-9 p.m.

FIRST STOP! CLASS OF '25 REGISTRATION
Windsor Grand

Pick up your Convocation Weekend Bracelet and keys to your on-campus accommodations. You can also purchase tickets to certain individual events.

4 p.m.-5 p.m.

2SLGBTQ+ SOCIAL — FOR GRADS AND ALUMNI

Everyone is welcome, admission is free.

EAST COAST KITCHEN PIZZA PARTY

Grab pizza and garlic fingers before heading over to the Kitchen Party at Jennings Hall. For graduates with Grad Bracelets only, no tickets at the door.

Bring your dancing shoes! Everyone is invited to this Friday night concert with Halifax's Signal Hill. Tickets: included with Grad Bracelets or purchase online on Eventbrite.

Every year, the BFA and BA Fine Arts graduating students exhibit their work at the Owens Art Gallery as the culmination of their degree program.

MtA TRIVIA!
The Pond Pub, WMSC

Everyone is welcome to test their trivia knowledge on everything MtA for a chance to win great prizes. Admission is free.

5:45 p.m.

CLASS OF '25 & CLASS OF '75 JOINT CLASS PHOTO
Followed by Class of '25 only

Convocation Hall

The graduating class will take a group photo with the Class of '75, celebrating its 50th anniversary, followed by a photo of just the Class of '25.

9 p.m.-9:45 p.m.

CLASS OF '25 — GATHER FOR GRAND MARCH
Windsor Grand

At 9:45 p.m., the Class of '25 will begin their Grand March to the Purdy Crawford Centre for the Arts, proceed to the Wallace McCain Student Centre, and conclude at Tweedie Hall for their Grad Ball.

Sunday, May 11

ALUMNI CHAPEL CELEBRATION
University Chapel

Join alumni, the Mount Allison community, and anyone who wants to join in song, prayer, sacred text, and reflection — hosted by the Multi-Faith Chaplain and Spiritual Care Coordinator. People of all faiths, spiritual, and philosophical paths are welcome.

DIPLOMA FRAMES

Show the world your accomplishment in a frame especially designed for Mount Allison graduates. Frames will be available for purchase. Cash, debit, or credit cards accepted.

CLASS OF '25 WELCOME TO ALUMNI DESSERT RECEPTION
Hosted by the Mount Allison Alumni Board

Tickets: all grads, family, and friends are invited to attend. No ticket required.

GATHER FOR STUDENT PROCESSION — BSc, MSc, BComm
Purdy Crawford Centre for the Arts

Students should have their cap, gown, and hood (folded) with them. It takes time to organize students! Please arrive on time. A number of marshals will be available to direct you. Learn more about the student procession.

Guests of graduating students should go directly to Convocation Hall.

MORNING CONVOCATION CEREMONY — BSc, MSc, BComm
