Call Out for Student Volunteers!!
Reunion & Convocation Weekend takes place May 13-16, 2022 and we are looking for student volunteers to fill a variety of roles throughout the weekend.
We are hosting a Young Alumni Reunion for grads from 2013-2021. This Reunion will have a focus on professional development and networking. There will be three Convocation ceremonies over that weekend for the Classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022. We are also hosting a special summer Reunion from July 7-10, 2022, for classes ending in 0, 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, up to 2012, plus a '70s basketball reunion. We are looking for student volunteers to fill a variety of roles throughout these weekends.
"Volunteering, especially as a class delegate, has left me with a deeper appreciation of what the MtA experience is truly about. Experiencing Reunion Weekend as a volunteer is a ton of fun, and I cannot wait to return to MtA for my own reunions." — Everett Patterson (‘20)
There are a variety of roles where volunteers are needed throughout the weekend. They support the set-up and execution of events, and support our alumni guests as they explore campus. Based on your availability and interests, volunteers are assigned to support specific events and activities throughout the weekend. We are looking for people who are dependable, who enjoy meeting new people, and who have a positive attitude — the main job is to have fun!
Class delegates are assigned to a specific reunion class and are the advocate and on-campus support for that particular class. Being a class delegate is a unique opportunity to reach out and get to know the alumni by attending their class meeting, alumni banquet, or even a class dinner!
As photographer, you are assigned to attend certain events to take pictures. This includes photos of the venue, photobooth, candid shots, and asking people to pose for a photo. Must be able to supply own camera/other necessary equipment.
