Submit an event

To submit an event to the MtA Calendar of Events

  • Submit your event through our 25Live booking system
  • Make sure to select "Publish to Events Calendar" when filling out the details

Complete a risk assessment form (RAF) and obtain dean or director approval prior to the event, and submit approved RAF to bookit@mta.ca.

The 25LivePro booking system is a one-stop shop for all campus event planning, including booking spaces and resources on campus. You can also submit your event to the Mount Allison Calendar of Events directly in 25LivePro.

Not booking spaces or resources? To enter an event in 25LivePro, and not a room booking, make sure to put a full event description in step 2, including online registration links to virtual events, and skip steps 5-7.

Sackville-related events can also be submitted to the Town of Sackville community calendar.
