Biography

Cathy regularly instructs the lab component of the experiential style Physics courses 1041,1051 and 1551. She coordinates the physics labs, hires and supervises the physics teaching assistants and the TA certificate program. She manages the physics laboratory equipment (except the observatory) and assists with other Physics labs on request. She is the primary computer contact for Physics which has over 40 Mac computers. Cathy also has worked as a stipendary professor for freshman classes Physics 1041 and 1051.

She is recipient of the Purdy Crawford Staff Award of Excellence.
