Re-admission following graduation form

Students applying for readmission following graduation are advised to update their home address and emergency contact information in Connect.

Before you begin to fill in this form, make sure you have:

  • student ID
  • current degree and graduation date
  • second degree or honours certificate sought, if applicable
  • outline of proposed program of studies

Application for Fall term should be submitted by August 1.
Applications for Winter term should be submitted by December 1.
Applications for Spring/Summer term should be submitted by April 1.

If accepted for re-admission, will you require residence accommodation?

Are you returning as a candidate for a second undergraduate degree?

Include any courses taken at other universities or colleges. Official transcripts with final grades for courses must be forwarded directly to the Registrar's Office from the host institution. Failure to report results from courses taken elsewhere could result in the cancellation of an offer of re-admission.

Are you returning as a candidate for an honours certificate?

Are you returning to upgrade your marks and/or complete additional courses and not as a candidate in any of the above categories?

Are you registered, or do you intend to register, with The Meighen Centre (disability services)?
