Part-time Lecturer - Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry

The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Mount Allison University invites applications for a part-time stipendiary appointment for the Winter 2027 term, to teach CHEM 2211 Physical Chemistry 1 and its two corresponding lab sections (https://selfservice.mta.ca/Student/Student/Courses/Search?subjects=CHEM). Both the lectures and the labs are expected to be run in person on campus. The successful candidate should have a completed PhD in Chemistry or related field. Doctoral students are welcome to apply, and prior teaching experience is preferred.

The anticipated enrollment in the course is approximately 30 students and involves 3-4 hours of scheduled office hours per week to assist students.
