Surplus assets

From time to time Mount Allison has surplus assets available for sale.

Current surplus assets

The following items are available for transfer to another department or for sale. Any interest in using these items on campus should indicate their interest by e-mailing: purchasing@mta.ca

If the items cannot be re-used on campus, they will be sold and removed.

If you are interested in purchasing any of these items personally, please provide the following information by: July 23, 2024 @ 12:00 PM to the above email address.

  1. The Sale of Assets ID number (07232024)
  2. The item number you are bidding on as per the item numbers below
  3. The amount of your bid
  4. Your name and contact details

If the item(s) are transferred to another department on campus, the department will be notified and the item removed from the availability list, if sold externally, the highest bid will be accepted. In the event of a tie, the first bid received will be awarded the item(s). Sold items must be moved within 2 business days. The University reserves the right to discard the item(s) should they not be removed in the required time frame.
