These scholarships seek to support students who are entering their final year of study at Mount Allison, who have contributed to Mount Allison via extracurriculars, and who are facing financial hardships.

Value: varies ($1,300 average)

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must be entering their final complete year of an undergraduate degree program
  • Must have a good academic record (75 per cent or better)
  • Must have contributed significantly to extracurricular activities
  • Must describe the course of study which they intend to follow in the scholarship year
  • Must outline what career or further studies they plan to pursue after graduation
  • Must show some evidence of financial need

Before you begin to fill in this form, make sure you have:

  • student ID
  • overview of extracurriculars
  • overview of career or further study plans after MtA
  • overview of financial barriers, if applicable
  • total value of loans and/or lines of credit, if applicable
  • overview of payment in arrears, if applicable
