Once you submit the form, you will be redirected to a webpage where you will see the following message: ‘Thank you. Your application for graduation has been successfully submitted.’ This message confirms that the Registrar’s Office received your application form. Please do not email for further confirmation. We will reach out if you submit a degree audit form and we did not receive an application from you.
PLEASE NOTE:
For those students who wish to graduate at spring Convocation:
- If you plan to graduate with any degree and/or certificate at spring Convocation (May), this form must be completed and returned by Sept. 30 of the academic year in which you intend to graduate. If you do not complete this application, you will not be eligible to graduate.
- You are also required to submit a completed a degree audit form to the Registrar's Office by Oct. 30 of the academic year in which you intend to graduate.
For those students who wish to graduate in October:
- If you plan to graduate with any degree and/or certificate at October Convocation, this form must be completed and returned by Sept. 1 of the academic year in which you intend to graduate. If you do not complete this application, you will not be eligible to graduate.
- You are also required to submit a completed degree audit form to the Registrar's Office by Sept. 1 of the academic year in which you intend to graduate.
