Position description
The Department of Biology at Mount Allison University invites applications to teach BIOL 3511 – Integrative Invertebrate Biology for the fall 2025. This is a stipendiary (part-time) appointment, running from September to December 2025. The course will include lectures and a lab component and will be taught in person in Sackville. Lectures are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30-11:20, and the lab is on Friday afternoons 1:30-4:20. The anticipated class size is approximately 20 students.
Candidates should have a graduate degree in Biology or a related field, extensive expertise in invertebrate biology, and a keen interest in sharing their knowledge with undergraduate students.
