Position description

The Department of Psychology at Mount Allison University invites applications for a full-time one-year term position at the level of Lecturer or Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will have completed a Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field or be near completion and preferably will have previous teaching experience. The successful candidate will be required to teach four courses (2 each term), which may include: Introduction to Psychology 1 (one each term), a seminar in their area of specialization, and one of the following courses: Interpersonal Relations, Psychology of Gender, or a second or third-year course in their area of specialization. The anticipated start date for the position is July 1st, 2024, subject to budgetary approval.
