Are you a caregiver of a child or youth with health care needs in New Brunswick? NaviCare/SoinsNavi, the NB patient navigation centre for children and youth with health care needs, has recently launched a Facebook peer support group to help families connect and exchange resources and support. The group, called NB Children with Health Care Needs / Enfants Ayant Besoin de Soins de Santé, aims to create a safe space for families to share resources and information. The group can be found by clicking the title above. We invite you to join this group and would like to encourage you to share it with anyone else who you think would benefit from it. It is our hope that it will grow to form a strong, supportive and helpful community.
