DMF Developed Software: SEMData

SEMData is simple command-line program to extract the data entries from the text (*.txt) file created with each image saved by the JSM-5600. Just put semdata.exe in the directory containing the text files, then run it with a destination filename as an argument, and it will generate an ASCII file containing a comma-delimited line of data for each image, ready to be imported into a spreadsheet, database, or whatever.
