Book It is Mount Allison's internal event services support department.
Book It is your one-stop shop for all your campus event planning requirements. Our online booking tool, 25LivePro, allows you to see real-time space and resource availability. 25Live integrates the academic timetable schedule with all other event bookings on campus. Once you've submitted your event through 25Live, our office will coordinate all the logistics required to make your event a success - there is no need for you to contact individual service departments on campus!
Internal Campus Event Planners
Mount Allison staff and faculty can access 25LivePro using their MtA credentials. We encourage you to use our event planning guide and check-list to ensure that your event is a success. Student Event Planners
The Mount Allison Students' Union (MASU) is responsible for reserving space and resources for student events. Visit the MASU website for more information or visit their office on the first floor of the Wallace McCain Student Centre. Our dining services team is responsible for all on-campus catering services. For your convenience, we have prepared a popular campus menu to make ordering catering for your event easier. You can visit our dining services website to learn more about our catering program. Internal catering requests paid with a University account number are eligible for discounted rates.
