Internet or telephone banking

Note: we do not accept e-transfer as a method of payment

Internet banking payments can be made through major Canadian banks as a bill payment

(see list below). If you already use your bank's online banking services, simply go to your bank's web site and log in. You need to add Mount Allison (MTA) as a payee (possibly three times.) You will have three options for payment:

  • Mount Allison University Registration Deposit — $100 registration deposit
  • Mount Allison University Housing Deposit — $500 housing/residence deposit September (Students starting in September) or $250 January (students starting in January)
  • Mount Allison University Fees — Other — tuition, residence, meal plan and all other payments

You will need to use your Mount Allison student ID number for the account number. If you do not currently do your banking online, please speak with a representative at the bank about registering for this service.

Cheques may also be deposited in the drop box located outside the registrar's office on the second floor of the Wallace McCain Student Centre, 62 York St.

Pay your fees with cash or debit at the registrar's office located on the second floor of the Wallace McCain Student Centre, 62 York St.

Bank transfer
International students may also choose to pay their fees by wire transfer payment through FLYWIRE by peerTransfer.

HigherEdPoints.com program
Students can now fund school fees by converting Aeroplan® Miles through HigherEdPoints.com.

35,000 Aeroplan® Miles can be converted into $250 worth of credits at Mount Allison.

Students can also convert the Aeroplan® Miles of family members and friends to help pay for school. Anyone can donate their points to an individual student or directly to Mount Allison for students in need.
