Requests for audio-visual services or equipment must now be submitted via the 25Live booking system.

  • Student clubs and societies can make requests through the MASU office
  • Requests for residence events can be made through the residence life intern (resintern@mta.ca)

Please note that A/V booking requests for student club events received by the helpdesk via this form will not be processed.
 
This form should be used by students wishing to book equipment or services for use on campus for class presentation/academic purposes.
 
 PLEASE NOTE

  • Two full working days notice is required to make arrangements for "regular hours" events and seven days for evening or weekend events.
  • Since equipment and support are booked on a first come, first served basis, advanced planning is crucial.
  • We will make every effort to send a confirmation via an e-mail reply.
