The Mindfulnest
Located on the third floor of the Wallace McCain Student Centre, the Mindfulnest is a place where you can take a moment to unwind and rejuvenate in a peaceful setting. Students are welcome to relax and recharge by journaling, reading, meditating, or simply allowing yourself some time to unwind in your own way.

Available resources for shared use include fidgets, guided journals, books from the mindfulnest library, puzzle books, arts supplies, games, heating pad, and a Himalayan salt lamp.

There are also resources in the space for you to take with you such as bottled water, worksheets, and colouring pages from the activity binder, resource cards and brochures, and calendar planning sheets. Thank you to Jack.org for the generous funding that has helped to furnish this new space.
